Get matched
A practitioner who understands neurodivergence, checked against the AHPRA register or their professional association. If the fit is not right, we rematch you at no cost.
Start, and keep going
Video sessions at times that suit you. Pay per session at your practitioner's published fee; with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, claim your Medicare rebate from our receipt in a couple of minutes.
Support should understand your brain before it tries to change it.
Affirming, not fixing.
Every practitioner on Inner Help works with neurodivergent adults by choice and shows you how they work before you book.
Nothing hidden.
Every fee is published on the practitioner's card, with what you pay after the rebate. No-shows and late cancellations are stated up front.
No rescue language.
You are a capable adult who needs access, not saving. We talk to you like one.
ADHD, autism, and the anxiety that comes with them.
ADHD
Executive function, burnout, the late-diagnosis reckoning. Support that starts where you are.
Autism
Masking, sensory load, relationships, work. Practitioners who do not treat autism as a problem to solve.
Anxiety
Often the first name given to a neurodivergent mind. Treated in context, not in isolation.
Depression
Burnout and low mood after years of working twice as hard. Support that sees the pattern.

Every practitioner on Inner Help is checked against the AHPRA register or their professional association, shows their fee and what you pay after the rebate, and confirms availability every month. No star ratings, because Australian rules do not allow them for health services and because they never told you anything useful anyway.
In their words.
Practitioners describe their own approach. We never publish patient testimonials for clinical services.
"I fell so far behind at school that just finishing counted as success. In 2024 I found out why. Inner Help is the service I wish had existed."

Built like a clinic. Not like an app.
- Checked people, not an algorithmEvery practitioner is checked against their professional register and insurance before they are listed, every booking includes a safety check, and a person, not a formula, makes each match. We are appointing a clinical lead to oversee clinical standards.
- Verified practitioners onlyRegistration, indemnity and neurodivergence-specific experience checked by a person before a listing goes live, and re-checked every year.
- Honest about limitsWe do not provide crisis care. If you are in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 000. Our intake tells you before you pay anything if we are not the right door.
- Data stays in AustraliaYour records are held in Australia. Booking tools hold only your name, email and appointment time.
Straight answers.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. Many of the people we work with are self-identified, on a waitlist, or exploring. Your practitioner works with how your mind works, not with a label.
How much does a session cost?
Each practitioner publishes their fee. As a guide: registered psychologist about $235, clinical psychologist about $260, mental health social worker about $180, counsellor, ADHD coach or autism coach about $150. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychologist and social worker sessions attract a Medicare rebate ($101.55, $149.05 or $89.50) which you claim from our receipt after each session, so you pay about $90 to $133 out of pocket. Counsellors and coaches are not rebatable.
How do I get a Mental Health Treatment Plan?
From your GP. It gives you up to ten rebated sessions a calendar year. Our GP page has what to ask for.
What if the match is not right?
Tell us and we rematch you at no cost. No awkward conversation required.
Can I use my NDIS plan?
Yes if you are self- or plan-managed. We issue an NDIS-compliant invoice for each session. Agency-managed participants cannot use Inner Help yet.
When does assessment open?
From late 2026, state by state, as our doctors come on line and state prescribing rules allow. Join the waitlist on the assessment page and we will email you first.
Matched to availability. First session within the week.
