In brief. Inner Help sends you neurodivergent adult clients matched to how you work, books them, takes payment, issues their Medicare receipt and pays you within 7 days. No listing fee, no lock-in, no invoicing. You keep your own practice and your own clients.
What you earn
You set your own fee within our guide and keep the majority of every session fee. Where your clients can claim a Medicare rebate, you keep the full rebate amount plus a share of the gap. There is no listing fee and no lock-in. We share your exact terms before you sign anything.
What we do so you do not have to
Find and match the clients
All marketing cost carried by us. Clients arrive matched to your conditions, modalities and availability, with their self-test result and intake answers.
Verify once
Registration, indemnity, provider number, billing authority and bank details captured once; re-checked annually. A verified-ND credential you can use.
The terms in plain English
- Independent contractor, non-exclusive, 30 days notice either way.
- Platform-sourced clients stay on the platform for 12 months; your own clients are yours.
- Psychologists need general registration with no supervised-practice conditions (we do not accept provisional registrants). Counsellors and coaches work within a written scope.
- Clinical records for platform-sourced clients live on the platform; you have full access.
- No ratings or testimonials are ever published about you or anyone else.
